the new owner may have a better camera, better video to show 
the new owner may open the P700i to show you the inner bits
there's plenty more to that beast!!!

Yeah, I know. Its just that my friend got a N95 yesterday and now he's got a higher spec'd phone than me (K790) so I was anxious to find out about Sofia. |

2nd:
PeterKay, i just wanna ask coouple of questions:
1- how is the speaker sound of the P700 (compared to M600, K800, W800)
2- please tell us more about video recording: 15fps? 30 fps?
3- where is the speaker located?
4- one thing i hated about new symbian SE phones: the modification of the wheel scroll. with M600 and W950, having this protective plastic edge that is really frustrating. i noticed from the pics of P700 that i doesn't have this edge. do you confirm?

Speaker is Louder than the p900i/m600i, much more louder
Video recording is 15fps but may change when released!!
Video playback is smooth at 30fps, that is self encoded using M3
The scroll on the P7 seems tougher than the P990i and is 3 way

I Just read a post on the other thread that this may be delayed until end of year, any one any clue of this or have to wait till may 8 |

Cant see any reason for them not to release it?!?!!!
Seems far more stable (from PK and Doc's comments) than the M600 or P990 was on release. |

Rather late posting, but as a previous owner of the m600i, I personally can't wait to get this phone. I had to sell my m600i as the lack of camera was painful. I currently have a k800i with a Fujitsu Siemens n560.
I like my phone to look like a phone,and the compact keyboard on this design is excellent.
Peter and others, thanks for the info and pics. Very useful.
