As you ll know I took back my Samsung Z650i yesterday and got the 007 K800i all I paid was £30 for it im like really confused but happy cos ive saved £90

I called O2 CPW a couple of weeks ago and was eimmediatly offered a W850i for free on my existing contract after 10 months (£16.99 a month). No haggling or anything.

Don't normally have them writing to me but I recieved a letter from 02 Online saying the nextime I upgrade im entitled to a Free handset

whats going on here?
btw im keeping it as proof just case it's error

a few days before the 23rd december i rang up 02 and they quoted me £129.99 for the K800i, im totally spooked by this whats going on?

have they finally decided to look after existing customers now aswell as the newer ones??? lmao

£130!!!!!! That's ludicrous, I bet that's on a 12 month contract, switch to an 18 month one and I bet they'll flood you with offers. Threaten to leave and see what retentions give you, they always have access to the best deals I find.
