Thats right! Turn your pc into a drum machine with the wii remote!
// Tutorial:
_______________________
What you need (with my configuration):
1. A Wiimote
2. A Bluetooth adapter (I have an HP BT450 adapter, that uses Widcomm drivers)
3. A copy of GlovePIE from here: http://johnex.se/files/Wii/GlovePIE026.zip
4. A copy of WiiDrums from here: http://johnex.se/files/Wii/WiiDrums.zip
Configuring Bluetooth:
----------------------------
1. Open your "My Bluetooth Places"
2. Press "View devices in range"
3. Click on "Search for devices in range" and then quickly hold 1 and 2 on your Wiimote
4. Select the Wiimote (Nintendo RVL-CNT-01)
5. Click on "Bluetooth setup wizard"
6. Click on "Skip Pairing"
7. Ensure that the box is checked and then click "Finish"
8. Your Wiimote should now have some green arrows on the icon
Starting up GlovePIE:
---------------------------
Unzip the file to any folder you like and open the glovepie.exe program. There, click file -> open, and select the .pie file called WiiDrums.pie. Now, click Run in the bar. The X, Y, Z variables should now change as you move the Wiimote. If this does, then your bluetooth is supported, if not, try using Bluesoleil.
Starting up WiiDrums app:
---------------------------------
Keep GlovePIE running at all times.
Unzip the file to any folder you like and open the Setup.exe. This will copy the drumsounds application to your program files, or, just open the drumsounds.application file. Now, with this program focused (ontop of all other programs, and click on it), try flicking the wiimote and pressing some buttons, if there is a sound, success!!
Here is a small video of the result, as well as some pics:
