Hi all,

My Phone is Sony Ericsson K618i. When the battery has fully charged and use the phone (with the charger still connected), for Internet browsing using 3G/UMTS network and bluetooth on the computer about 2 hours, the phone suddenly turns off (because of the low battery power).

If the battery has already fully charged, then it suppose to be still fully charged right? (assuming the charger is still connected).

Why the battery power is decreasing? Is it normal situation?
How to keep the battery fully charged, with the charger connected?

Anybody has the same situation?

maybe your charge icon is missleading, happens with my T630 when it's on. Try to charge with the phone turned off, until full charge, then see if there is any difference. Cheers

@tom - That was really STRANGE dude . . . you were defnitely right, that the fone should continue charging when it is still charged (with the charger . . .) What I just made notics was that fones charged in ON mode DRAINS faster than those charged in OFF mode . . . maybe they've given you a defective battery . . . also, try using your fone without the charger being connected - though must be fully charged! Good Luck! [addsig]

when I charge the phone turned off, everything is okay (the indicator is full 100%).

But, after several hours of 3G/UMTS + bluetooth, the battery power decreasing, although the charger still connected to power socket.

Is there any way out to solve this problem? Maybe the charger don't have enough power to charge the phone while using it, like Jojo said?

maybe you push it a bit too far with 3G + bluetooth + screen on most of the time !! Try to have a day without using 3G at least and blueetooh moderately and see if there is a noticeable increase in battery life! If so, try not to use much 3G, or perhaps it's what Jojo says, a faulty battery.
