SE is not doing a good job.
design is not to blaim. its more lack of AF cams on their phones thats killing their sales
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA |

@bart
Yes and I would also put it down to SE not getting the phones out quick enough. It needs to have more choice in the higher end, phones without touch-screens - more lke the T650i which should ship soon. A Cyber-shot slider would be cool.
I don't know why the Cyber-shot phones aren't being rolled out as much as the Walkmans are but there is obviously a demand for them, you can see by the two Cyber-shots in the top ten contract sellers. In fact all SE's phones in the top twenty contract sellers are branded.

The white version is proving really popular, plus some deals come with the free speaker accessory.

Its a really good deal IMO.
Good phone with a great cam plus the free accessories. Get a good sized memory card and you're away.
You can't go wrong really.

Almost and unbroken run of 6 weeks on PAYG.
The K800i must hold the record, I counted back and it had an unbroken run of close to 5 months at the No 1 spot. Some acheivement.
The K810i looks like it could knock the U600 of the topspot, something no other phone has done yet; We'll find out in next weeks exciting instalment.

what i noticed was that the W850i only had a short hype, then it went out of the top 10 quite fast.
i think it will be the same with the S500i

Music-phone sliders are a niche product compared to say Samsungs sliders which are all they seem to sell. The W850i had a good run for a while. I expect it to do well on the PAYG, especially as the W580i is about to start shipping too.
Samsung have the sleek black slider market sown up. I don't think even Nokia can alter the 'Samsung=Slider' vision that people have.
