Does anyone knows if SE will release a gaming platform similar to Nokia's N-gage this year? It is better than making a dedicated game phone since all of the phones that supports the platform will be able to play almost all of the games available for that platform. I hope Maria and Shinobu will have that. |

Nokia's N-gage is already proved a wrong and in-successful design... Sony Ericsson is no good to step into this market |

Doesn't the patent diagram look more like a PSP with phone capability rather than a new phone with gaming capability?
If that's so won't Sony announce it at E3 rather than at a SE conference? |

Not true. There are so many flaws with the N-gage's design and purpose, not to mention marketing. |

Shinobu will have gaming keys and gaming capabilities. But a full PSP gaming device from SE is quite a way off yet. |

Maria/MOOI will definitely be announced on the 14th June.

I've picked up from a very good source that Shinobu would be gaming focused, and possibly wasn't originally going to be a Walkman. Also described as "like a Wii" so I guess that means motion sensor.
I'm assuming dedicated 3D chip too, like the W900i.

Autofocus, CCD sensor, Nvidia/ATI goforce/imageon video chip, sony 3D sound chip, xenon flash. i would like to see those features in future SE phones  but if it's not, then thanks  SE doesn't follow "nokia way"
