Although I loved for the lack of green and red call buttons something good could come of it.
The left softkey for calls will no longer be of any use, therefore hopefully we will have more personalisation with these new phones.

I'm more and more convinced that this mysterious phone (the black one with T650 keyboard) is a laboratory proto, for future solutions testing.
I'm mean I don't think it's the proto of a specific project, but a stuff for testing only pieces of several other projects.

I certainly hope so. Don't think that phone would sell. |

That sofia proto has been used for different things - e.g. the camera module and testing new applications, that could be part of the new phones. but there have been several protos for sofia - some looking more finished than others, even some looking like a child have done it. |

what specs are you talking about? sofia will contain almost everything discussed at the forums.

I'd be surprised if it has W-LAN. That would be too much for a non smartphone. Don't know about a LED flash for recording, perhaps.
edit: btw, sofia has had one of the most closed worker teams, so not much info out for any of us. not even the very well connected ones. but we'll see soon.

Well that's good to hear. I'm really hoping they'll ship with the 16M 2.4" screen.
BTW any idea what sort of Image stabilization will Sofia feature? |

I heard early on that they were considering using a white focus LED (instead of the K800's red one) and then let that double as a video light/flashlight, but I don't know if that ended up being the case.
