I think this bodes well for Sofia. It would seem illogical to put such a nice screen and all those frequency bands in Shinobu and not Sofia.
Can't wait to get more information. |

guys the screen is not 2.4 inch... i just measured it... someone said that the phone is 8x4... the breadth of a 2.4 inch screen is 4 cm (for my n73) also... so the screen is smaller... n if they put a 2.4 inch screen on that phone there wont be enough space for the d-pad and softkey...
so the screen will be most likely a 2-2.2 inch...
but i dont think the phone is 4cm wide... looks wider.... like n73
r u sure it it 8x4cm???

considering the fast port length is 1.8 cm (size taken on my W850), we can see that the long side of shinobu is around 9.3cm. So, by scale conversion we can determinate that screen's height is 5cm.
I made the scale conversion using this picture, which is quite in the good perspective to make good measures (my english is poor: not sure about this word...):

If the camera module is mounted at the back of the phone(not the back of the upper slider), then that protuberance is pointless.
Also I dont think this is the succesor of w850, more like the big slider brother of w880. |

They still need space to place the speaker for where you put your ears to listen to as well as a space for the front video call camera.
Edit: With regards to the next poster mentioning about the buttons, look at how far apart the buttons are, and look at the size of the protruding back. The width between the buttons is further than that of the protruding back.
