i'd like a madagascar(the cartoon movie wid penguins and zebras and etc. etc.)
there is one for k750 and i really like it..but i cant use it on the k800.

There are copyright matters to consider for such themes. Especially Disney corporation is very picky about using their characters without permission, so I think it's very unlikely that such themes will appear in a forum like this, unless the Esato team is prepared for the probably incoming lawsuits. I don't know whether the owners of the Simpsons characters are equally picky, but they probably are, since that's an american company too. |

If the Esato team wish it to be taken down i have no problem with that, but the image isn't hosted at esato and the file isn't hosted here either. I'm sure sites like zedge and mobile 9 would of been sued along time ago if the publishing companies were worried about infringing copyright! |

You will never see this theme in the Esato theme section. It's obviously a violation of most copyright laws to offer themes based such cartoon characters. Neither the image or theme is hosted on the Esato server so I don't think we will be any in trouble. I do not embrace links to such themes, but I would bet that the copyright owner would contact mobile9 or zedge if they new these sites were offering their property to the public for free. |

Companies like Microsoft, Apple and Electronic Arts are also american companies with copyright rules etc, however themes with images from these companies exsist here and many many other places on the net. Surely you can't tell me you haven't got a copyrighted image anywhere on your phome from this or other forums? |

Strictly legally, they do have the copyright, the difference is whether they claim it or not. Some companies perhaps consider it as advertising free of charge if their logotype or sympol appear in a theme, like if you go around with a "Microsoft windows" theme in your  phone, while other companies, like Disney and most other cartoon and film producing companies, are very strict and anger to protect their property. |
