That's funny!! Next they'll tell you that you have to take the battery out once in awhile for the phone to function properly. Is this some kind of a joke??

Hi all,
If it had been April i would of been convinced it was an April fools joke, if one of SE's rivals picks up on this and uses it in an ad campaign can you imagine. Truly quite unbelievable IMO, they may well be desperate and under a lot of pressure but they only have them selves to blame. But that page is an admission no companies should make public on its own website IMO a sad day indeed IMO.

I don't exactly agree with that. It's true that restarting the phone helps. This may be an extreme example because of low memory, but my T630 needs to be restarted from time to time when it becomes slow. Most people won't notice (very much) that the phone is slow, because they turn it off at night or charge it overnight with the phone off. My T630 is always on, because of some bug that doesn't come to the point. So in all, SE did right in suggesting to restart the phone to better performance. Cheers.

Thats totally normal, My M600 occassionally auto restarts and then a message stating

"Phone has restarted to improve performance. restarted at xx:xx"

It actually does make the phone quicker.

Hi all,
I wasn't actually referring to just the restarting the phone for performance issue it was the whole sorry page of trouble shooting to try before contacting support, not exactly confidence inspiring is it?. So far my M600i with latest firmware has had no crashes freezes or restarting for any reason the only additional app installed is Swiss Manager and the SE Black theme.
