simple answer is no they are diffrent OS although both Symbian.

but does it support great app like smartmovie etc. or ne alternate great app which nokia phones support or the symbian logo is just for fun
want to buy a symbian phone got bored wid w800
is m600 worth of symbian status

Hi Harry,
You will have to search a Symbian forum which will list the available software for a particular variant, some developers do develop for all some don't the is no hard and fast rule for this I'm afraid. Yes the M600 is worthy of Symbian status as it runs the same operating system as the P990 UIQ3 just not the same hardware as the P990 has different features.
