did any succeeded in running full length movies on the m600i? i can get short clips to run, (5 to 10 minutes clips). but when i dump in a full length 400meg mp4 movie, the player just hang. and the phone just died. is it because the player is stupid and tries to cache everything into memory before running?

fyi i'm using the same codecs for both the smaller clips and the full length movie.

I got a full lenght video to work. About 1h30min but it took an insane amount time before it started. The keys doesn't work(ie back button) until the video is playing so it might seem like the phone got stuck/hung but it works like a charm, except the insane wait time.

Has anyone noticed the huge improvement in video playback after the FW upgrade? I think it's much better now, although there are some minor issues left:

- Using fast forward takes you smoothly to any part of the movie no matter its length and size. However, I noticed that when jumping to the last 10-15 minutes of a full-length movie, the little slider gets taken back to the start of the movie while the playback continues correctly at the selected time of the movie. Playback time is reset as well.

- Large-sized movies (above 300MB) tend to play audio asynchronously near to the end. You see people talk but audio playback is somewhat delayed (little but noticeable).

Has anyone tried 3G video streaming after the firmware upgrade?
