I have a motorola v3x here on 3 that i am selling. As you can see from the pictures the phone is in excellent condition and comes as new in the box with all accessories.
Looking for about £100 excluding delivery

You dont need 3 to unlock it .. any independent phone unlocker should be able to do a V3X for far less than 3 charge.
