Today we release for UIQ3 a composite system utility, called Swiss Manager. Like a Swiss army knife, it is intended to help you access and use your phone better.

Swiss Manager features task and file management services, moreover useful pieces of system information. One may consider it as an essential addition to supplement the built-in features of the new UIQ3 phones.

Due to the lack of a comparable utility and the public demand for such program Swiss Manager is released as freeware. Swiss Manager is downloadable from CellPhoneSoft, My-Symbian and Handango.

Edit: The advanced edition, Swiss Manager Pro has many additional features. Current version is 1.70.

Lisa,

After installing the programme, there is an option to close apps automatically from FO to FC.

It looks like it is working well as I am consistently getting the same amount of free RAM and I do not have to manually close the apps from the task manager.

Is there a possibility to do an advance setting so that the end user can configure of not closing apps like Blackberry/pushmail from FO to FC ?

Thanks.

HTH.

it is a very useful app, as with their AutoCam, I was lucky to be beta testing this on the M600 and P990 and its firmly established as a "must have" for me too!

its just a shame that SE have blocked a couple of folders (\\sys and \\private) from being accessed

as I recall now, the only real difference between the M600 and the P990 is the "cleanup on close flip" function since, of course, the M600 doesn't have a flip

What exactly do you mean by autokilling tasks? We can add features if they make sense.
