You seem to have missed the biggest advantage of the N73 - is a S60 phone ! Is like looking at my laptop and comparing it to other portable DVD players and while comparing the buttons, screen size, battery etc etc, failing to realize a laptop is actually a computer Never the less - nice comparision you've summed up there

Iv been using a E61 for a while now, I dont see the big deal with symbian!
Whats the point?
|
| "what's the deal"????? "what's the deal", as in "I've been driving a Porsche, what's the deal with this Turbo-thingy?"... Or:"I haven't yet opened the manual... by 'using' I meant looking at it?" Thanks, your bit of inspired humour has lightened up my, eh, last 2 minutes.
Happy new year

2GB Memory Stick Micro M2 cards are already available:

Interestingly it appears the N73 does not support greater than 2GB SD cards (only supports SD 1 not SDHC) where as the M2 has a theoretical limit of 32GB. Shame M2 cards cost so much more than SD, but at least K800i owners will have the option to use 4GB+ cards in the future.

Yeah but by the time 4gb micro cards reach a reasonable price people will be buying ´k850´ or at least saving money for it |

Well, theoreticaly the 2gig cards may be a limit for some. In reality if you won't manage with 2 chances are you'll find 4 inadequate too. On the other hand I wonder what costs more - the cell or the card?

I think we will see a 4GB M2 card available for £60 in the next few months. I probably won’t be getting my K800i for a month or two anyhow and chances are the 'K850' will also use M2. |

i find it ironic that a high end java based phone can be on pair with a miraclous symbian powered phone.... and then i wonder if can do such a great work on a java based phone why their uiq phones are full of bugs?
BTW if u take out the unique symbian apps(the ones that a java app cant emulate) and then compare the n73 with k800 wich one performs better? |

N73 still because of its far far better interface and UI. K800 doesnt come close in that department. Active standby rules! |

i know this topic is old, but i wanted to get my nokia problem out here... i would never buy another nokia as long as i live!!! their screen quality is poop. i thought my GF's cheap nokia was jst low quality because it was cheap, so i bought here a higher end one, and the screen is still poop. maybe it's because i have 18/20 vision, but the pixels are way spread apart, and the screen is horrible. even my t616 had higher screen quality.
also the UI sucks. SE is so much better, nokias UI doesn't even make logical sense. so my personal opinion is to never buy a POS nokia. (until i see one that proves other wise)

in terms of price K800i is better and in terms of feture N73 is
