Hi - when I charge my M600i with the phone switched off, the screen lights up slightly. Not a problem during the day but at night it is quite bright. Just wanted to know if anyone else had the same problem. Surely it cant do the screen much good being on whilst charging? Thanks in advance!

yeah, that annoys me too and I haven't found a way to change that behaviour

Turn it over while its charging, reduces effect of the light

ANY RESOLUTION TO THIS ?

Is this standard for all M600i's or is it just me ? ? ?

I as well think this can't be good for the screen .

If u put it on AUTO, then it dims out and turns off after a minute (or the time u've input there).

When set to "auto" the time it dims is fixed to 25 seconds or so. You cannot change that, unless you change settings to "on", which in turn makes your screen never go dark when on AC power/charging. That's the issue...

The K508 also had the problem with screen being on while charging
