Here's the current firmware version summary I've put together, the last being the latest:

* CommunicAsia prototype device (2006-06-20) by adnhk:
Phone: R2A01
Bluetooth: R4F01
Organizer: R1A99
CDA: R1A58

* My-symbian retail device #1 (2006-07-26) by Michal Jerz:
Phone: R4A002
Bluetooth: R4F01
Organizer: R2A01
CDA: R2A01 162007/1

* My-symbian retail device #2 (2006-07-28) by Michal Jerz:
Phone: R4B001
Bluetooth: R4F01
Organizer: R2A04
CDA: R2A01

* My-symbian forum retail device (2006-08-01) by Tony71:
Phone: R4B001
Bluetooth: R4F01
Organizer: R2A04
CDA: R2A01

* Earliest retail manufacturer date spotted is 06W25 (mikaljan, esato) and 06W26 (mobilmania.cz).

If everyone would post the versions in the fashion above it's easier to follow the version updates.

di.se just posted an article about problems starting the Opera webbrowser on some units. It should be easy to fix using the updateservice once they release a fix.

Same as masseur above. The more I play with the phone the more I like it, can't wait for the updates to come.

Just finished the first update through SEUS.

Versions are now as follows:

Organiser: CXC162036 R3A04
Phone: CXC162037 R5A006
Bluetooth: CXC162058 R4F01
CDA: CDA162007/1 R3A03

Phone seems a little faster so far, and a rather strange new feature, was on the first boot after the update you get a message about registering your phone with SE, and that the phone is going to automatically send SE a SMS message.

Still only 15.4MB at startup, but I have spend some time testing whether memory is still an issue with the web browser etc.

Will update this when I've have a chance to play some more....

EDIT: Phone definitely seems faster. Web browser much quicker to startup, and seems happier running with other apps in the background.

Just had the web browser crash on me within within the first couple of minutes though. Not good. Have changed the cache size to large so see if this fixes some issues as before.

Task manager seems to have changed slightly - the typeface seems bolder and larger (like the flip close typeface).

Just noticed you now get a little "end call" sound from the phone when you finish a call as per other non UIQ SE handsets. Definitely wasn't doing this before.
