Airtel by the way does provide grps access to pospaid users outside the mumbai circle (Mah/Goa to be specific) at a 12rs per day. I was on 199/- but they now charge 399 since july 1.. thts wht the dozy airtel guys said.. wht happenend to the old customer thing in my case..
