I have a brand new in box  HBH-DS970 here. It still has the screen protector on and comes with all bits stated below:

Can be used as a mono headset or a stereo bt headset for phones supporting A2DP such as the K800, K610, M600 and P990.
It also supports AVRCP so you can adjust the volume and change track from the headset.
