After upgrading through Wotanserver, the updated firmware now displays 'Print' as an option onscreen (with File Transfer and Phone Mode) when you plug in your USB cable

**EDIT**
When you click on the Print option you are prompted to disconnect and reconnect the USB cable...when you reconnet the cable then it says onscreen 'PictBridge enabled. Select one or several pictures and press Print'. Your computer should also install a 'Digital Still Camera'
This feature rocks!

There's also an egg timer appears when you go through the File Manager tabs...I don't think it was there before.

Question, not a moan...

Being new to Sony Ericsson phones and having not yet had a firmware update for my K800i, I wondered how it is that Wotan Server gets the updated firmware, and releases it before it's available via the SEUS?

Do they have an agreement with SE to be able to do this, so they can cash in on being the only ones with the updates for a few days before it's released to everyone else for free?

Now I see that the FW list in the support forum has the Europe 4 and others added 6.32 PM yesterday:

Now that I have stopped laughing, I can ask you to please explain: "comfortable".

Ok. I am trying to understand. When you say, "k" minute, what do you mean? Do you mean, 'a" minute? Second, the screen probably times out like it should as to save battery via power saving mode. You can configure this, but I still do not know what you mean by "comfortable".

Wow! Can you elaborate on how the alarm screen is diferent? Thanks. And are you meaning that pressing the joystick from the standby clock no longer wakes the phone? I think I liked this addition over the K750 actually.

Apologies for a somewhat distant question - is someone from an area in Europe (where the shutter sound is muted in silent mode) able to tell me which region they are in? EU_1 or EU_2?

Thank-you kindly!

I'm about to reflash and change regions, and just want to be sure I'm not putting the default Aus firmware on! Cheers.

Why doesn't anyone with R1ED001 refer to the bugs listed in the 1st post? Let us know that they are fixed or not. Anyone?
