@toggee

> I have a couple of Vodafone ones and there Firmware says R1CE001.

As I haven't got my K800 yet, could someone let me know whether R1CE001 is a vodafone specific release? Additionally, a software version list for R1CE001 would be interesting.

Also has anyone tried SEUS with their K800 yet?

I got a little problem with the phone book on my k800i. my phone runs on firmware ver. R1CB001.

One of my friend's number is 7632406, and I had her number saved in the phone book with a profile pic. However, my phone seemed unable to associate 7632406 with the contact info, whenever I recieve a call from her, or in the redial menu, the number 7632406 appears instead of her name, without the profile picture.

I've done master reset all, tried erasing everyone but her number from the phonebook, and still it doesn't work. Could this be a firmware problem? or just a problem with my particular phone??

I have firmware R1CC002, and itīs very stabel.
I have had the phone for 3 days and it hasnīt crashed even one time!
Even if itīs a prototype, itīs unbelivable solid.

I think the K800 is a very nice allround-phone.

I think they have done that so you know it is doing something. The W800 takes ages to view a photo and sometimes it seem like it isnt loading.

I've got firmware version R1BA021 on a K790i.

Is anyone running a newer version on a K790(a/c/i)?

@Paul_s

Thanks for confirming. I also did notice that you can go through the pictures mutch quickly like this. On the W810i, you had to wait for the images to come up before you could start looking at them.

Cheers

@ aldrew... the white screen issue is present on the Voda branded ones as well... not sure if its a bug or jus a by product of the firmware... either way it doesnt bother me...
