Nokia 6280 or W810 |

Simple question, just want to know what peoples thoughts are.
Im trading in a Samsung i300 (with 3GB H/D) as its very poor as a phone. Great for everything else, apart from texting/calling!
I wont be using the 3G aspect of the 6280, but I can get it cheaper than the 6270 (go figure!)
Which of these would people recommend? Anything to look out for? |

if your not going to be using the 3g services of the 6280, then go for the w810i instead.

What about other features?
I really like the USB support (I thought the SE phones only id this, until I found the 6280/70) as I will be using this the most.
I will also be using the net quite a bit - which is better for this.
Music?
The one thing that I really love about the SE is the fact I can change the included headphones to my own, as it has a standard 3.5mm jack, although the headphones it comes with are really good! |

If you want it for music aswell as surfing the net the W810i ticks both boxes, it has by far superior sound quality (well it is a walkman phone). And as for internet it has EDGE for super fast internet surfing, thanks to higher-speed data transfers. I'd go for the W810i everytime! |

Definitely go for the W810. The W810 does everything you want it to do and is better than the 6280 in every aspect apart from 3G, which you won't be using anyway. The 6280's pathetic if you ask me.

6280 is much better than w810i
Its not only 3G, its the brilliant display as well. Also the (new) series40 is better than SE-software (speed). Video in vga possible with 6280.
W810i is old stuff.
W850i is the competitor of 6280 but without 3G either.
At the moment I see Nokia in front, unfortunately.

i have to admit, that w8 has more to offer in features then 6280, however i am not a w8 fan. i used 6280, didnt find anything special in it.

I got one of these 6280's at first I wasn't impressed by it but now afte using it for a day it is a pretty good phone, the camera captures really poor shots indoors though thats my big disapointment so far + the screen attracts so much dust anyone know how to remove the faceplate so I can wipe it out lmao!
the MP3 player sounds better then the K800i soundwise too
Ps, im amazed the 6280 has a Text Message counter
oh joyeous

i think that both phones have their own pros and cons like in the w810 the display isn't that great but it does the job and the 6280 is a little slower i guess than sony ericsson but if u can put 3G aside i think u should go for the w810 |
