The difference is that the screen is bigger dont no if theres any more difference.

k500i has much brigther screen, not really sure if games and other application of k500i will work w/ k300 but 1 thing sure you can share themes w/ k300 |

K500 has a larger TFT screen, and I stress the TFT part as TFT is an active matrix matrix LCD technology giving the screen a brighter and less washed out appearance and faster response times.
