T-Mobile Sidekick is a phone that is branded with their brand. (Not a Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, Etc.) Its from their own service, no one else.

I don't have one, but I'm not sure if its possible. You can try, but don't count on it. I don't know if you can un-lock the phone because it made for their service. Does it accept sim cards?

I have a T-Mobile Sidekick II and LOVE this phone however, I live in Calamba, Laguna (philippines) and can't find anyone to open line it for me thus, my favorite phone's collecting dust in a drawer. Can anyone fix this for me or send me in the direction of someone that can?

I got a sidekick 3. Crap phone. I sent it back to tmobile.
