Hi
I need help in restoring of my messages.

I have backed up my phone data and now want to reset every thing, which I am trying to get Update Service software from Sony Ericsson's web site, which will Initialize my phone completely.

I want to know in which file ( or files), Messages are stored, like Contacts are stored in C:\system\data\Contacts.cdb file on phone's (p910 in my case) file system.

If these file are known, then I will be able to just restore Contact.cdb and Message files back to my phone after its initialization.

Any help/suggestion would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply

Yes, this is what I am already doing, but in Sony Ericsson Backup, I can't copy these to other phones, although, I know how to extract files from that backup using WinZip/WinRAR, but which files?.

Thanks

For Contacts, it's C:\\system\\data\\contacts\\contacts.cdb
For Calendar, it's C:\\Documents\\Agenda\\Agenda\\
For SMS, MMS (etc), it's C:\\System\\Mail\\
