Honda Integra Type R trounces Golf all day, everyday.

Regardless of our opinions of what we would have bought, Brownlad007 has a 206 in Aqua green which is a fine car and there is no need to change it or the colour.

@Brownlad007

I hope you've found the contributions usefull. Could you post a pic once you've applied the window tint?

Id keep it subtle mate, dont try being a gti cus it aint one.

a nice roof spoiler like this

some decent alloys

maybe a back box

lower it, but not too much and maybe colour code too that always looks good. not sure about tint, make sure its not too dark or you end up looking like a van lol

good luck mate.

joebmc.. appreciate it. nice job you done

im going to leave most things. might just do a light smoke tint and some rims.

i dont really want to look like a chav. just something that looks good enough. i dont care about performance either aslong as it gets me places .

i could spend like £3000 kitting it up but whats the point, i think i should spend as little as poss.

De-Badge the car
Remove the rub strips on the sides (cheap and easy job)
Tint the rear lights (light smoke would be best)
3 inch Scorpion backbox
40mm drop on AVO or Ebach springs
15 inch 18 spoke alloys in white or silver
Induction kit
or
Drill holes in the existing air box, fit a K&N,Green or Pipercross pannel filter and re route the existing induction pipe to the front lower grill.
Remove the rear wiper and fittings
Colour code the bumpers

If its got remote locking then delock the car as well.
Phillips silverstar headlight bulbs are quite good for lighting the road better than standard bulbs

Forget 'Lexarse' lights

Take off the p1ssflaps (Mudflaps)

Finally have the ECU remapped

Most of what I mentioned is about 1/2 a days work and can be done on you driveway. Very straightforward to do

rookwise, very good suggestions mate, esp. for a young guy without much experience yet. Debadging, destripping, de-flapping and removing the rear wiper all simple yet make the car look 200% cleaner.
