If you do an advanced search on eBay, one of the options is 'Item condition'. The options are 'New items only' and 'Used items only'. If I choose to search through items under new, that's what I expect. |

exactly, thats what I mean. it's as new.
I made an issue about 'as new' in another thread so I wouldn't want to be a hypocrit.
edit: @abs as much as it seems that you like to quote me I said the black fascia is new, I didn't say it's untouched.
To explain better though, the phone was used for a couple of days with the silver fascia. The black arrived, i changed it and put it in the box. Finito.

all i see amnesia do wrong is charge for pp fees.
the bidder could see that s/he was bidding for the used one, also he would have seen the postage costs.

he sent me an email with this
"you state in your refund that you have given a refund where is it please ? also you have sent me 5 e mails now which will be forwarded to my solicitor and e bay i e mail where you clearerly want to avoid not paying your paypal fees ? 2 slandering my name and making false accusations and 3 being totally dishinest with your psotage prices i offered you the chance to refund the full amount for sending out faulty goods and not sending out goods as described and you took a aggressive and childish attitude out towards this matter i was also willing to remove the negative feedback upon recieving a full refund i recieved a e mail of e bay this morning and i have now forwarded all your e mails to them with a view to having you investigated on here likewise with paypal."
it's a SUNDAY! He sent the item yesterday, why will I pay him back yesterday when it hasn't even arrived?
I apologized to this guy, I explained the confusion, I didn't even leave this a**hole any negative feedback. He said all would be fine after I paid him back, what the hell is in this guys *ss!

amnesia, if you said it was new and it was used, youll have to refund his money including return postage, he cant have you suspended from ebay cus of your postage because it isnt just a postage fee, its for handling and packing aswell which takes time and ebay cant put a price on your time

No, but he can have you suspended for stating you charged for PayPal.

but he's not selling it in this instance.
I honestly don't know ANY member here who would send an item, send the money back to the buyer and then wait.
