Ive got a 4GB Sony Duo stick in my K750I & its fine, Had a 2GB before & filled that up no proiblem.
Just make sure is a genuine stick & not a fake / copy because theres lots of them around.
Only problem with large memory sticks is the phone can take up to a minute to fire up from a cold start, The bigger the stick the longer the phone takes to start up.

I've used a 2Gb memory stick and it's non original one.... but still it works like charm...  You don't even know if there is non original cause it looks completely the same so be carefull >>> |

OK now I have the 1gb card in my phone and it works great . It's not a fake, it's original Sandisk memory stick pro duo.
