He's an ex-racing driver called Perry McCarthy
He's raced in various events over his long career, including formula 1 and the Le Mans 24 hour.

Looks better with helmet on IMO  not saying that guy is ugly just adds a bit more mystery

I thought that Perry McCarthy was the first Stig, the black one.
They replaced him with the white one who is someone else.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Is he the one behind the WHITE helmet, who does the car-speed-test  I saw yesterday when Ron Jeremy 'test' the speed between the flashy new Merecedes Benz 2-door sports car with that of the speed boat, unfortunately, the boat experienced some engine troubles, twice . . . it was held in - NORWAY!

i just watched that one, they blew the engine on one boat then burst the inflatable part on another, the car is the mcklaren mercedes SLK, amazing car.
