Hi all,
I bet this has been covered before, but due to time restraints I didn't have the opportunity to look into the reasons why both the K750 and W800 cannot playback video that exceeds the QCIF image size format (176x144).
I wouldn't assume its due to the overall bitrate, since one can compress 220x178 video at 10fps (Xvid or 3ivx that are both far more compression-efficient than the generic MPEG4 or H263 video profiles as defaulted in Apple's Quicktime for example) and still end up with overall bitrate lower than 220kb/sec that appears to be the threshold of video playback for these devices.
Anyone cares to comment? |
