Hi all,
I am trying to update my w800i via the new update software. I have update software version 2.2.12.2.
i can go through the start of the update until i get to choosing the phone i want to update. I see phones flashing on and off the screen. it is obvious that i choose my phone but the problem there is no text shown on the page. i can choose my phone by pressing the top button but the next screen also has no text on it and the bottom left button is inactive.
i have tha latest flash and java updates installed.
what does the second screen say?
how do i fix this error?
please help
