I saw a similar service offered by vanquish, but he has a load of software things he does.
The service I can offer is this:
I will fit housings to phones - just send me housing and phone and I will fit it
clean a phone up inside and out
Free online diagnostics
take a look at hardware faults and fix- I cannot do software and if you want a hardware repair you must either sorce or buy the hardware that I fit
unlock some phone - nokia and samsung but not all models
I will do all this for free no charge what-so-ever all I ask is you cover return postage and packaging costs.
Now im sure many of you know me to be trust worthy, but if your not sure, check my ebay feedback (username lukebonathan) and esato fb.
Also for your confidence I will tell you some of the phones/things I have fixed/and taken appart: w800i, k750i, k700i, p800, p900, p910i, mpx 300, v300, v550, v3, ipods, d500s, e800s, xda 2 s, some siemens, sagems, tons of nokias, hi-fi's laptops, printers, hard discs etc list gos on for a while.
Finaly the reason im doing this is I was inspired by some of the charitable people on esato and on the web and thoguht it would be a nice thing to help some of you guys & gals for once.

sorry Jenbones but I checked all my programs for the model, but it's not come up I think it uses one of the latest encryption techniques and has abour 50 seperate codes (a p910i has about 10 lol)
But im going to look tonight for some more software and hardware to do it.

No, this is a separate repair job - though I have a nasty feeling I've bought a pig in a poke, and it's got an unrepairable problem like water damaged or a damaged chip/IC  I don't suppose you can do much with them can you?

nah, not likely if the chips gone its a lost cause, water damage is removable, but onyl if it didnt short circuit the main ship set (covered by the metl grills)
