K500i Contacts Problem |

Hi,
I am having problems with my K500i.
When I first got my K500i, I transfered all my contacts from my old phone via infra-red, but now when I get messages from people their names do not appear when I receive it - same when they ring me.
It's not just certain people, it's random numbers on my phone!
The problem is sorted for a while if I readded the number into contacts, but then it will stop recognising the number soon after.
Anyone know how to fix that?
Plus, how do I get my text messages to save to my phone? Everytime I get about 80 in the inbox it says "Sim Card 95% Full" It's really annoying as I have about 8mg free on my phone!

text messages allways save to my phone. did it by default. the only way i could save on sim was to transfer the msg. my old f500 used to delete numbers and names out my phone book randomly so i lost some numbers and some names. does not do this on my k500 though. try updating the firmware if you can as it should sort out the contacts problem and maybe even set the sms back to be stored on your phone even though they usually are anyway
