Hi friends
I m victim of Airtel in karnataka. I had charged weekly pacakage offer and it didnt work. after talking to customer care i was told money will be refunded within 24 hrs. one week past daily i talk 2 custm care but it doesnt work out. Any one can guide me how do i complain to higher authority in air tel i m in touch with manager at customer care service that is 121 but they are all useless persons.If anyone can help me out.

Hello Bhai log,
i am from hyderabad and i use Mobile Office from about 2-3 months.. I am using nokia 3110c as a modem with a data cable on my vista laptop. Though the speeds are dead slow, i use mainly for surfing and checking mails.. No heavy downloads for me.
The problem is that since 3-4 days, my connection is down. i cant even open google.
To check if i have a connection or not, i pinged google from the command prompt and i got a reply. That is a good sign. But when i type google.com on IE, the progressbar moves at a snails pace and finally it gets time out.
But the strange thing is that i can open all sites on opera mini on my mobile. That too very fast. I use orkut regularly when im travelling. The connection works perfectly on my mobile.
This is a request all the experts here to point out exactly what problem i am having. Or is it a problem in whole of hyderabad. Please respond..

I had same problem 2 months ago. Though i am a Pakistani. But Since i have been in same trobule so i can tell u tat its nothing but just configuration problem. Make a new connention n try wid ur mobs default IE.

Hey guys.. i solved the problem. I had installed a new antivirus from PC tools website. It is a free antivirus which one of my frnds had recommended.
I restored my system to a point before installation of that AV..
And here i am typing away at this forum..!!
I dont know why this may have happened coz Antiviruses dont have anything to do with internet connection speed. I am curious. Does anyone have a answer for this??..

@hac_king bhai.. Bad omens haan.. magar that site isa very well known site.. many people use their antivirus..
@nizam.. i have no idea.. looks like the AV slows down the tcp/ip in some way.. |

K... If u r in search for a good anti virus go for Node32 or KIS.. I recmmnd KIS since i am using it frm 05 vesn.. It need to cnfigurat well frst for maxmum speed.. Also its hard to find a unblacklisted key 4 KIS.. |

Yes KIS is best AV but to me NOD32 is superb and i am usin it froma long time as my P.C. configuarion is Average. MERE 128 Mb Ram

Opera mini does the same method except mostly its based on GET request. Then why teashark is free??? Its all because the bad configuration of airtel ******** gateway (NOT the PROXY 100.1.200.99)

Despite i already disovered it that its due to port 8913 but still I am just asking can you explain that why and how those "bad configuration of airtel ******** gateway" is blocked in North only ?

Ohh.. still teashark is blocked in north??
So far i know dat the end gateway to airtel n/w in south is somewhere in banglore i dont were exactly it is. Its different for differnt zones.They share the same ip but differnt machines for differnt zones.May be for the north zone machine having diff rule sets..U might have seen some load balancing report of airtel n/w i found a excel report in one of the server it was very much usefull for me to solve my questions. hope u got wat i meant.

I am not able to remember that load balance sheet coz i got numerous
imp. stuff which indeed Distracted me
But i have acees to one extremely , i mean most extremely imp. Server
which conduct us towards whole network of india , there end gateway
terminal gateways, cities ,
All things are Treebased , First states then cities , then localities
for server location. but its been 2 - 3 monrths that i visited there.
I am really fed up by this airtel screwing..

This is the reason why you are meant to be short tempered.
Having access to such server doesnt meant that server is a chat
robot and will answer all my queries, and knowing about the end server doesnt tells us that why Teashark is not working
