i got the t68i on at&t's gsm service and they were going to merge w/ cingular and service was going to be really good. however, that fell though and it seems like at&t isn't upgrading or won't ever upgrade anything. my service used to be ok but now its horrible. it doesn't have service when i'm smack dab in the middle of the home coverage area. if you are familiar w/ NC or chapel hill, when I am on 15-501 or in Cary or on Highway 54 i get no service  what can i do about it? the guy on the customer service said they won't be doing anything about it and that's just how it is
