Well currently they have been announced for europe and china so India will proberbly get the chinese version.

Yep they all basically cheap copies of famous brands...but to be fair even the big names are doing it now...all ripping off each others designs.

Maybe so...who knows,nokia has sued some companies in the past for copying their designs..in this case moto have a clear winner.
