Hey numb, i've just tested your mp4 on my w900i, and it really won't play. It comes up as an audio-only mp4. i'm guessing, you used the default profile in the xvid codec -as@level5.
You have to encode for most mp4 capable phones using the simple profiles, simple@level3 works best (max bitrate is 384000). It switches off the extended codec features like quarter-pixel and b-vops that will break playback on hardware mpeg4 players. You can use the chroma optimisations though. |

What are the video capabilities of w900?
Better than k750? Can it deal with with higher framerates without stuttering ?

Finally, I got my w900 today !
What a beauty!
Any other high resolution videos please ?
I shall post more here that I 'll encode properly.
I use Nero Recode 2, standard profile.
