I have showcased a couple of ring phone concepts in the past but this new "Finger Fone" as the name suggests, allows users to make and receive calls by holding a hand against their ear. This 30-gram headset (handset? fingerset?) is worn on the finger, maintains a Bluetooth connection to a cellphone, and picks up audio through bone conduction technology. It is being marketed as a solution to carrying on conversations in crowded areas, where normal headsets would pick up a lot of background noise, and can be used one-handed through the incorporation of ”Ubi button” technology, which controls the device through different finger movements.

Correct me if im wrong but surely this defeats the object of 'hands free'.
You may aswell just hold the phone to you ear! |

I think the whole point of this design is for a user to hold a normal phone conversation in a public or a noisy environment where it would usually be difficult on a usual handset or :bt: headset
