Hehe... as topic; it's a warning I give to you from my own experience...

Why shouldn't I do that you would ask? Well, if you do it then your total air time (on service menu) won't EVER AGAIN match the time you see in calls menu...

It may be stupid to some, but for me I felt that my phone wasn't perfect anymore. Luckily got it replaced and started a new counter (although, now that I think of it... it really doesn't measure the real life-time I spend talking in a w800 model, cause the other went away...) yes... that makes me mad too, but it's better than the other way

Thanks for the info.
I have another experience related to W800 and obsesive complusive.
My current W800i is my second W800i I ever have. This ONLY because my first W800i isn't perferct in physical appearance. It has a little "scratch" in walkman logo at the left side of the phone, you know, the "dot-like" next to "w-like" logo was not in fully painted (I didnt notice this when I purchased the phone). So at the 3rd day of the phone I sold the previous one (I lost almost 1/4 of the price) and bought a new one.

That's the spirit! Although a lot of people will think we are sick (yes, we are), we can't cope with those things existing!

In my case now, the joystick on my w800 is not NANOMETRICALLY (quoting myself from other post...) centered.... that really puts me down

For me the box that the phone comes in must be sealed without any dents/marks and if they demo your phone by opening the box and putting the battery in the phone to show you the features, I ask for an unopened box if I decide to purchase one ( this always annoys them ) ! ,
