@ mark. Strange, what does W350 suppose to support? @ bateer. Sorry for late reply. @ both of you. Try formatting the card in and with your phone.

well SE on web say 4 as they say for the P1i too but i can see no reason why it wouldnt work if it can see the whole card if there is less than 4gig on it
have re formatted on phone a few times makes no diff |

I know most phones can handle bigger cards as stated, maybe W350 is the exeption? Sorry for not having a clear answer.

maybe the W350i unable to read more than 4Gb (which I doubt) but it should not wipe the contents

well it now gets weirder
if i use the spectacularly slow media manager it works but not if i use the laptop card reader
still prob solved, ish |

flash memory card can get corrupted and it's advisable to make backups on other medium...
