Imagine waking up on the 9th expecting your 360 when nothing is actually delivered. Then 7 days after its already released you recieve it. Shocking! The guy should be reported to ebay for that. Hiding info in white text should be fraud.

I Used to sell replica Jacob&Co watches on eBay (a LONG time ago), so I had to read listing rules in order to find out the best way of wording the auction.
1) To make it clear to eBayers the item is replica.
2) So not to get the auction removed.
100% of the people who bought one recieved a call from me after the auction ended saying its replica, they all said they were aware of this from the auction, and they were all happy with the item when it came. I even got repeat purchases.
So in the end i got the wording right etc, but because of previous bad auctions eBay were pissed & Jacob&Co started taking legal action, so i thought screw it, even thought the money was good (800-1200% profit) It just wasn't worth all the hassel.
So yeah, it's says somewere (If i remember correctly) That your NOT allowed to hide text, e.g. have it the same colour as the background, or hide words in dropdown lists etc.

@lamont
Thats becasue you cannot change the colour of the font for the auction title so it wouldnt have worked anyway.
@ jagger2k
Has the buyer replied yet? If so what did he/she say?

Fair enough, even though the colour is different in the main text it still states the 29th (its wrong but it does mention) the worst part is the title blatently states the incorrect date.

That's like the disppearing ink...
This is as incorrect as stating that would ship on the 9th and delay it 'till the 29th.
When you open the page you see 9th, so, that's the shipping date, period.
