Had a look in the apple shop in Bluewater last weekend at the new ipod. actually got it right this time (5th time lucky) shame the battery doesnt last very long when watching videos

you'l have to charge it between each movie you watch. [addsig]

Lame the italk isn't GRR!!! does anyone know of anything else that can do the same job, record lectures/lessons.

It seems the new ipod is compatible but not the italk surely griffin would release another version.

Griffin and Belkin are planning new products for the iPod w/Video (I'm assuming the Nano too), and since the iPod w/Video supports 44KHz WAV recordings, you should get much better recording quality!

As for the topic, my 60GB White 5G iPod should arrive sometime between Monday & Thursday.

While mine doesn't seem quite as scratch prone as my Black Nano, It does seem more scratch prone then my old 2G White 20 GB. Which BTW, I used without any protection of any kind, and was very minimally scratched when I sold it last week.
