And since W800 is far superior than K500 so that all things K500 can do, W800 can also do plus some additional features. BTW, W is for walkman and walkman is for music, mp3 is one of music format, so yes... it can... W900 or W800? Make up your mind... I bought another SE phone which on paper said you could use MP3 as ringtones when in actual fact it couldn't because it had crap Vodafone firmware. It took a big battle to get my money back after I bought 2 of these for myself and wife and I don't want to go down that road again. The question has now been answered so no need to have a go at me.
