why high reg fee? and monthly fee? coz you dont have to pay for the unit..

so far, it's been a beautiful paperweight for me.

got dialtone, can't make/receive calls. can't send/receive sms.

nice alarm clock din pala.

added bonus:
it seems to be working in linux. can't test it furhter yet.

Service since Friday evening up to Sunday morning intermittent... Now I don't have a problem except battery so I deviced a car charger...

part of makati is good.

sometimes i cant call even if the signal is full bar (inside our house).. but the above areas are good. [addsig]

Get a regulated lighter charger with a capacity of at least 1800ma. You can get the multi-voltage type at ACE or True Value but be sure to put it to 6 volts and check the polarity (positive inner, negative outer)... It should not cost you more than Php 600.00 (even lower in Deeco or raon).

Right now, I am trying to make a higher capacity battery pack...

Just got off the phone with the account manager.

Seems like they can't determine what wrong with my account and they want to recall the unit na.

Oh well....

My Linux experiments with the phone indicates that I can talk to the modem (actually, it's the computer talking to the modem).
