If you know how to get it from this page, good deal. If not, the EASIEST way (there are many ways, but this is the easiest) to get this is by going to that link with Firefox. Then, on that page, go to the toolbar, and select Tools >> Page Info >> Media. Look for a file with the attributes of "Embed", and save that to your computer. It should be around 8.15KB.
It's a 2 second MP3 that's encoded at 32Kbps, with a 16000 frequency. Enjoy.
