Here is a reply I have just received from SE regarding the problems SEUS created on K750i's with the R1N035 update. Very disturbing!

With regards to your enquiry, please accept our apologies for the issue you have encountered with the Sony Ericsson update service. To restore your handsets software, we recommend you take the handset to one of our approved service centres. |

I got the same answer.. Were frustrating.. I'm still hoping they're correcting the files on SEUS.

they arent the most helpful people in the world are they. It would be nice if they could acknowledge there is a problem and that they are working on it |

I have since spoken to a person at SE UK support who has acknowledged the problem, and said that a fix is due to be posted by the weekend (hopefully). So it remains to be seen if a visit to a SE Centre will be required, hopefully not. |

I have sent emails to SE support before and all you seem to get is a standard reply that doesnt actually help.

At least you guys got answers... I've been emailing one of our Service Providers here for months with a relatively simple query, with absolutely zero replies. Customer Care at its very very best...
