Telling SE how we feel about poor quality products |

I would love to tell SE how users feel about the great/poor service and or finished product that the K750i is or is not...
Personally I have had 3 K750i's and + one more for my wife... All suffer from various issues that are caused by f/w or operator customizations... I read thru-out Esato some similar experiences...
I recon it would be of use to compile all experiences in a concise, direct educated way, without of course minimizing any possible positive impact this topic may have on SE's future service and support of said product...
This topic would then ideally be linked to any correspondence to SE...
*Please be mindfull that my intentions are to improve the quality of service and finished products to us...

Change the shape of the fone's shells (covers), just like with that of the T68i model or something better. It's all 'boxed' up - rectangular shaped covers !

The best way of telling SE what you think of them is to buy (or not buy) their phones. No amount of letter writing is going to convince them as much as the sale of 4 phones! |

Yes ultimatly this is true sales have a great commanding power...
The point of this is compile a mixed variety of opinions on the K750i and services offered and both the quality and it would be nice to have the support of other users...
Judging by the replys so far I dont think I made myself clear enough.
I believe people in general are not interested in such cooperative way of making theire views good/bad known....
They will kick a fuss by themselfs (I do) but I rather have a million voices that just a sqeek...
...Your name Joan....
-Are you from scotland?
-Does curling mean anything to you?

I agree, that's why my wife has a Z600 and I have a K700i and cannot see either of us owning a non-SE phone ever again.

I'll be getting a replacement W800i on Friday.
Basically, it switches off every few days. Randomly. Then on saturday it just went crazy. Switched off, turned itself on, the contrast was really low, it was slow to respond, and it froze after about 20 seconds. Kept doing this, all day.
Then I tried to make a call to see if this stopped it. So I called 121, and it froze. Tried again, and it fixed it. But still, aside from the switching off, I don't want to have a phone that will go psycho whenever it wants. Also the service hasn't been too good, I'm annoyed about the mac support (firmware update, anyone?). |

@Dextermike
Ericsson is one company sony-ericsson is two come one.... and that means one division of sony...
Personally ericsson does have the swedish trademark of quality product well engineered but theire combined phones all trough the years have been inovations but yet suffer from great set backs in diferent scales.
Fact:"
Sony Ericsson made its first profit in Q3 last year, after a string of losses since it was founded in October 2001. This quarter's profit is its third in a row"
you were saing
