This particular bluffer we r talking abt here, i.e. Phone_God, gave me word that he will complete payment by Monday for the New SE P910a that i put here (and ebay) for sale. Ofcourse he hasnt paid, and he ignores my emails and PMs. Just mentioned once that he is "Busy".

Yep, he is so very busy that he can still have time to say that he is very "Busy", and make offers to other ppl (like Peter Kay), whilst ignoring my PMs. And yes, he stays in Jamaica, and wants to make the payment via Western Union, and ofcourse wants the thing shipped to Florida. And oh yes, he bids in other Uk-only offers too.

See, very "original" and "safe" person to deal with, right? And when i ask for his contact nos, he goes all titt5 up and doesnt reply.

Well, peterkay, or any1 else who wants to lose their $$$, deal with him, u will not be dissapointed.

Regards

P.s. mods, if u lock this topic, u will be doing harm to Eastato dealers...

You may want to leave a negative reference in the A-Z of Trusted Traders IF he has taken your phone without payment

ya, ya, u were "Busy", but u still could offer Peter_Kay, right? And u couldn just say a "No" to me, right?

And u being located in jamaica and asking shipments to be sent elsewhere tells every1 the story really, i need not say any further.........

I fail to see the problem. A phone was offered for sale, an interested party declined to purchase. Has either party suffered financial loss because the deal didn't go thru? This issue could really be resolved in a more gentlemanly fashion, i'm sure.

@ batesie and Kryptic

I had other offers (below his 1 ofcourse), but phone_god said he is going to sent the payment BY Monday (via email, screen shots will be up later). So i stalled the other deals in his favour, but what resulted is that i did not get the money i much needed by this week-end, thx to phone_god. He cud have atleast told me he is not buying it, but he ignored me.

Anyway, I should have sold to some1 else even if their offer was lower, do u not c the problem??

Also, he is from Jamaica, wants to pay via WU, and wants it shipped to Florida, also, he is bidding in some other UK-only offers, dont u guys c the missing link?? It all leads to the "s" word... Stay away from him, thats all i can say.

m0hammed has created a thread accusing PhoneGod of being a scammer when it seems its just a 'no deal done' situation

I think the word 'Scammer' is used much too frequently these days.

Plz don't misunderstand, I do understand your disappointment, but to call a guy a "Top Class Scammer" implies that he's stolen from you, which he has not. At worst he's been unfair in his treatment of you. As you correctly stated, he could've told you quite plainly what his views were, which apparently he did not.

Might not class him as a scammer but more of a TIMEWASTER.

You get it all the time on forums like these, its bloody annoying. Too many fickle people who makes up stupid excuses after you have refused other offers.

Or you wait a week later for them to pay and they decide to only offer you a lower price or another payment method.

so, i suggest those of you who do this - tell the seller straight that you dont want it and remember that you BID TO BUY - not to mess around.

u right kryptic, ofcourse u r.

But he should have said he is NOT going to deal with me, i asked him this several times, he never replied. Waitn for him till monday was a pain in itself, but i waited sayn to me the extra $$ is probably worth the wait, but he completely bluffed me in the 1st place, i could've sold @ $30 less ten days back, and my paypal account ud've been all smiles. My mistake.

ANyway, never going to listen to ppl from Jamaica and Nigeria again, NEVER.

It's your prerogative, of course, who you choose to deal with, although it'd be unfair labelling all Jamaicans and Nigerians as being dishonest. Anyway, good luck with your phone, buddy, hope it gets sold soon. I recall you saying your brother-in-law refused it as a gift. Stupid of him, it's a brilliant phone.
