I realized that there is no difference between bass and megabass :=S
If the new firmware not fix the problems with the phone, I will change it to w950... |

there is a difference between megabass and bass when you listen with the headphones supplied, i noticed a difference especially when listening to crunk

Well, I'm listening the music with the headphone that supplied. The difference is not noticable...Even there is a chrunching noise in the background when i turn the volume to max bubbles.
I tried it with other earphones too, but the problem is the same.

There is a massive difference between megabass and bass , you guys need to take the fabric out from your hpm70 the sound is so much more louder and dynamic.

what color is your w850i? i heard that the d-pad of the white w850i is more prone to breakage than the black one. |

any one got the  handstrap which comes with the w850 that they dont use and would give/sell to me to use with my black version which doesnt come with one  feel free to drop me a pm to 'discuss'  |

The strap is simply not included in the black 850i package by default. It's the decision of SE and not the vendors. Obviously the white version is supposed to be more exclusive. |

i could hear the difference between bass and megabass when plug in my stereo car, also in my hpm-85. its superb!
i had the white one, yup i think the strap is nice. my friends like it too.
but too bad with the d-pad cracks. |

yeah i know the black one doesnt come with a strap, i am fully aware of that. and i had a white version but sold it to get a p990, now im selling that and getting a black w850, and i want a strap for it coz its the best standard  strap which comes in the box of a phone |

Could you describe the nature of your personal rings problems? I've assigned a personal ring smoothly.
I did notice a temporary glitch, though. My phone stopped registering calls on the call list. I rebooted it to no avail, removed the battery for a while and now it works (keeping my fingers crossed).
Anybody else with similar call list experiences?

I transferred my contacts from my previous W810i via Bluetooth. Then I realized some of the contacts having personal ring attached appear with their personal ring but some of them not. If I clear the contact list and start loading manualy there isn't such a problem but I have more than 600 contacts and that's not so convenient. Any ideas?
I have faced that and another problems with registering the calls even with W800 and W810. Appears the first time when the phone registers the calls. Erase the list and further goes well.

i also have a problem in call register.
Yup, just "delete all" in data calls, it'll solve.
did anyone got a signal problem like "no network" when turning on the phone? it happen to me sometimes. i should reactivate few times then back to normally again. |
