Well since you have a sim reg failed error,you have a reason to take it back,theres no mention that its imcompatible with usim in the description! |

Neither does it say compatible .. in that case it would be up to the buyer to ask the seller before bidding on the item.
That is what the ask seller a question button is for.

I hope she doesn't be funny about it when she gets it back,
saying oh you have put fingerprints on it/you have marked it etc like some sellers do so they don't have to refund you

Yeah the box is the same 
I can't believe the seller wont refund back some postage it cost her £6.00 to post it and she charges me £12.00
then she said ive gotta pay Special delivery to send it back yet shes only refunding me £89.99
she's having a laugh int she
Recorded deliverys the same it's signed for...
end of all this shes got £6.00 of my money
